Boy band Big Time Rush will be hitting the road beginning late February 2012 on their first-ever headline US tour.
The 'Better With U Tour' will see Big Time Rush headline at major cities across the US including a major performance at New York’s famed Radio City Music Hall. "We can't wait to go on the road for our ‘Better With U’ tour,” said Big Time Rush. “We are so excited to perform songs off our new album for our fans."
Support act One Direction will join Big Time Rush beginning February 24th in Chicago. One Direction’s debut single 'What Makes You Beautiful' became the fastest selling single of 2011 and debuted at Number One on the Official UK Charts.
When asked what the boys thought of having One Direction as their supporting act, Logan commented: "We have a lot to learn about them!"
Kendall then added: "I do know that they have a lot of dedicated fans and everyone in the states is really excited to see them. They're going to be great to go on tour with."
Big Time Rush visited the UK three times in 2011, selling out concerts at the 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and Manchester Academy, signing albums at packed HMV stores across the country and bringing Westfield to a screaming standstill for a performance.
