Finnish rockers The Rasmus have announced their UK live return, confirming a show at London's Islington Academy for 21st May.
Back in 1994, The Rasmus stepped on stage for the first time to play at their high school in Helsinki. They went on to become Finland's most successful rock band, having supported the likes of Garbage and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. You may remember their hugely popular 2004 anthem 'In The Shadows', which went on to storm the UK charts.
In early 2010 The Rasmus started working on their eighth studio album. There is no official release date for a new album as yet, however, the band's newest single, 'I'm A Mess,' will be first performed on the 25th February 2012, when it will première during a television show to choose Finland's Eurovision act for 2012.
