Lancashire girl Ren Harvieu, whose voice and sound has been noted for stopping you dead in your tracks, has announced a string of UK live dates for April.
Schooled in dusty youth club contests rather than star-spangled pop schools, Ren Harvieu has had quite a life already; she’s also had quite a last 12 months. A terrifying accident nearly ended everything for her in the summer of 2011, but now, only months after she thought she would never walk again, she is embarking on a UK tour in support of the release of her debut album.
Short-llisted for BBC's Sound of 2012 poll, Harvieu has recently made a nationwide impression supporting on James Morrison's 2011 UK tour. Following in the footsteps of Duffy, Rumer and Adele, Harvieu looks likely to become one of the most talked about singing voices of the next few years.
Ren Harvieu 2012 UK Tour Dates are as follows:
Apr 1st - Manchester, Ruby Lounge
Apr 2nd – Glasgow, King Tuts
Apr 3rd - Birmingham, Glee Club
Apr 4th – Brighton, The Haunt
Apr 11th – London, Bush Hall
