Infamous rap label owner and record producer Suge Knight has been arrested in Las Vegas after being found in possession of cannabis.
Knight is no stranger to the police, and has been arrested dozens of times for different offences, including assault, drug charges, and numerous driving offences. Now, after being pulled over because of yet another driving offence, Knight has been arrested after police found just under an ounce (28g) of the herbal substance in the star’s car. He has since been release after posting bail of $2600.
Knight is already under three year unsupervised probation for driving while holding a suspended license, and has already been pulled over previously, so the outcome of the arrested earlier in the week is currently unknown. He was last arrested for apparently pointing a gun at someone in May 2010, while he’s been incarcerated in the past for violating probation and assaulting a car park attendant.
The high-profile hip-hop producer has also been accused of playing a major role in the death of both Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls, two of the most notorious killings in the hip-hop world – though Knight was never arrested by police during their investigations.
