Motion City Soundtrack are to release their fifth studio album in June. They will be releasing the lead single 'True Romance' digitally worldwide on April 17th on Epitaph Records/The Boombox Generation.
Before details of that are revealed, the band had already announced a handful of UK shows in April, coming back to play all four dates of the Slam Dunk Festival in May.
Motion City Soundtrack will be playing four of their albums across two nights at London’s XOYO, on 18th April they will perform ‘I Am the Movie’ and ‘Commit This To Memory’, then on 19th April it’s the turn of ‘Even If It Kills Me’ and ‘My Dinosaur Life’. Manchester’s MCS fans won the Songkick competition to have the band play in their town, pipping Nottingham, Brighton and Bristol to the post, and the band appear there at the Ruby Lounge on April 20th.
UK dates are below, the band also play a bunch of European dates including Groezrock Festival in Meerhout, Belgium on 29th April.
