Indie-rock outfit Bloc Party have unveiled the new video to their track ‘Octopus’, following it’s Radio 1 premiere last night.
The new track is the first to be taken from the group’s forthcoming new album ‘Four’, which is set for a release on August 20th. The video, directed by Nova Dando, sees the band performing in a rundown warehouse alongside a group of dancers, before things get a little bit trippy. The track is out now, while the album itself is available for pre-order. You can check the video out below.
Following on from the band’s return to the live stage after a two year hiatus with three intimate shows last month, they have now excitedly to confirmed details of an extended run of shows in the UK this coming October.
These performances will be another chance fans to enjoy material from both their new album 'Four', alongside those more familiar tracks from the band’s 10 year history. 'Four' is the London four piece’s first full-length since 2008's acclaimed 'Intimacy' and is released on August 20th on Frenchkiss Records.
