Madonna Defies Police To Use Gun Props At Scottish Gig

Superstar singer Madonna showed off her rock and roll attitude at her first ever Scottish gig on the weekend, after pulling out guns during her set - something which police had specifically told her not to do.
The ‘MDNA’ star, who’s currently taking the album on tour around the world, has been using handguns and AK47s in her performances recently, but combining the recent Denver Batman premiere shooting and strict British gun laws/concert restrictions, police reckoned it would be best if she didn’t use the props whatsoever.
But, rather than listen to the authorities and officials at the gig - held in Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium - Madonna whipped out the guns, much to action group Mothers Against Guns’ distaste. Further angering the group, the police decided to let the show run without a hitch, meaning Madonna got away with the rulebreaking unpunished.
A spokesperson for the Mothers Against Guns group said: “Madonna and her dancers using replica guns was always in bad taste but given what happened in Colorado it is even worse. She should know better.”
Madonna performs in Dublin tomorrow, before returning to mainland Europe to continue the tour. For tickets, check the link below.
