To celebrate the release of their brand new album 'The Light Between Us', Scouting For Girls will be playing a free acoustic gig this Sunday at the Halfmoon Pub in Putney, West London at 2.00pm. This is a really intimate venue, so entrance will be on a first come first serve basis!
Million-selling British pop band Scouting For Girls will begin their autumn UK tour in Bristol on 16th October 2012, following the release of third studio album 'The Light Between Us' on 3rd September 2012.
The album's lead single, 'Summertime In The City', was released on 26th August and signalled the return of one of the biggest pop bands in the world with over two million record sales, 4 Brit Award nominations and an Ivor Novello nomination, and 4 Top 10 singles.
Roy Stride said: “We’re so excited to be out on the road again. Firstly, as this is our first tour for 18 months we’ve got loads of new tracks to play, plus a couple of cheeky surprises plus all the hits we know you want to hear! Secondly we’ll be playing some of our favourite venues of all time, and after a summer of festivals and arenas it’s going to be great to get to play some intimate venues. We really can’t wait.”
