Californian rapper and hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar has lined-up a short UK tour for January 2013.
The 25 year-old put out his major label debut album ‘good kid, m.A.A.d city’ yesterday and is ready to take on the world, after almost nine years of EPs, mixtapes, and independent LPs. Lamar, who has drawn many a comparison to 2Pac, Eminem, and Nas, has received widespread critical acclaim for the record - and you’ll see why at one of his up and coming live shows.
The tour will take him Glasgow’s O2 ABC on January 16th 2013, and will then see him performing gigs in Manchester’s HMV Ritz, Birmingham’s HMV Institute, the O2 Academy Bristol, and finally London’s IndigO2. Tickets for the tour - which could potentially be extended in the near future - go on sale this Friday (October 26th) at 10am, and will cost you around £17.50 + fees (London £22.50 + fees) - you can find yours through Stereoboard using the dates and links below.
