Weller finishes off an outstanding 2012, seeing him land a Number 1 with album “Sonik Kicks” and with the release of his new EP “Dragonfly” set for release on December 17th just before his December 19th appearance in London, his fans are anticipating the collection of recorded gems.
The EP is set to home tracks brought together for the first time from the critically acclaimed “Sonik Kicks” recording sessions. The digital version will be accompanies by a limited numbered edition of 3000 vinyl copies of the EP. The outstanding artwork fronting the EP is specially commissioned by British artist Sir Peter Blake who has not collaborated with Weller since he designed the iconic “Stanley Road” album sleeve in 1995.
Having recently finished appearing in live shows in the USA and Japan, Weller will be performing at an intimate invited audience event and competition winners only show at Abbey Road tomorrow, alongside attending the annual Crisis benefit show at the Hammersmith Apollo on December 19th with guests Miles Kane and Emile Sande.
