Brandon Flowers, frontman of American rockers The Killers, has confessed that he’d really like to work on a collaboration with electronic rock outfit Muse.
Muse and The Killers both performed at the MTV Europe Music Awards on the weekend, and with both band’s famous on an international level, a collaboration from them could potentially be absolutely massive (Supermassive, even?).
Speaking to The Sun at the MTV EMA’s, Flowers said: “We’ve become good friends with Muse. We get along so well, so I’d never rule out working together. We would be trying to outdo each other. It would be spectacular, the choruses would be huge.”
Meanwhile, The Killers have unfortunately been forced to cancel their two Manchester gigs, after Flowers’ voice went at their show last night. The gigs are set to be rescheduled for 2013 - a year that will also see the band putting on a massive show in Wembley Stadium. Check below to find tickets for any of The Killers’ UK shows.
