The mysterious cult known as Ghost descended upon Bristol last Wednesday to headline this year's Jagermeister Music Tour. Stereoboard were in attendance to bring you all the action from the stage.
The secretive Swedes were spewed out of the bowels of hell and into ears of music fans with the release of their 'Opus Eponymous' in late 2010, a collection of pulsating heavy rock that has won over fans and critics alike. Now under the banner of Ghost BC, second psalm 'Infestissumam' will be released on April 8th, 2013 on Loma Vista Recordings.
The Jägermeister Music Tour is their first major headliner run in this country, and the perfect vehicle for Papa Emeritus and his Nameless Ghouls to spread their diabolical message of evil and thus bring about the collapse of humanity.
Fronted by Papa Emeritus II, the band recently revealed: "Regardless of your religious beliefs, we like to trigger the imagination of the listener so they can become a devout burner in Hell or a keen participant of devil worship for at least an hour or two. That's the Ghost experience."
Last year’s tour saw Skindred, Therapy? and Black Spiders play to over 12,500 music fans up and down the country, including a ram-packed O2 Academy Brixton in London.
At an incredible one off price of just £5.00 per person - thanks to Jägermeister subsidising admission - tickets for the 2013 Jägermeister UK Music Tour are selling very quickly. The tour continues tonight in Bournemouth, click here for details on the support acts.
