Wakestock is a wakeboarding and music festival held in Llyn Peninsula, Abersoch, North Wales every year. The largest festival of its kind in Europe, it’s been going strong since the year 2000, when founder Mark Durston transformed an 800 person party and wakeboarding competition into one of most popular wakeboarding festivals in the world. In association with Eventim, Stereoboard are giving away a pair of weekend camping tickets to the festival that takes place on 12, 13 and 14 July 2013 - see our new Gig Of The Week competition below for details. Competition ends on Monday June 17 at 12pm.
Featuring some of the best names in rock, indie, pop, dance, and rap as well as a gnarly ‘Pool Gap’ (which allows wakeboarders to show off their skills during the festival), Wakestock 2013 will be headlined by Bastille, Rudimental and Example.
