Maybeshewill, Mutiny on the Bounty, Mylets, Tellison, Gunning for Tamar, Fen, Goonies Never Say Die and Broken Oak Duet have been added to the 2014 line-up for Bristol’s ArcTanGent Festival. The newly announced bands add a new wave of diversity to the line-up, running from black metal (Fen) through post-hardcore (Mutiny on the Bounty) and post-rock (Maybeshewill) to delightful math pop (Gunning for Tamar).
John Helps from Maybeshewill says:
“We're psyched to be getting back to ArcTanGent. Last year was mind blowing both from the stage and from the crowd watching some of our collective favourite bands. It'll be a particularly special end to the summer for us this year.”
This is the third round of announcements for this year’s ArcTanGent with many more bands still to come, including the headliners and a special announcement on March 4. Previously announced bands include Thursday night acts such as And So I Watch You From Afar and Three Trapped Tigers, as well as the likes of Jamie Lenman, Lite and Tera Melos from the rest of the weekend.
GocO’Callaghan of ArcTanGent says:
