Slam Dunk Midlands - Civic Hall, Wolverhampton - May 25 2015 (Photo Gallery)

Written by Dani Hewitt
Slam Dunk has passed from snotty upstart to bank holiday tradition and this year’s triple header further cemented its place as the discerning pop-punk fan’s weekender, even drawing in a few old heads thanks to the addition of some ‘90s heroes and hardcore mainstays.
The festival again took over halls and outside spaces in Leeds, Hatfield and Wolverhampton, with You Me At Six, Taking Back Sunday, Don Broco, Architects and the Bronx, pulling a double shift for some Mariachi madness, dotted across the line up poster.
We sent Dani Hewitt to Wolverhampton Civic Hall, where she got perilously close to Josh Franceschi, headbanged with Crossfaith, wound back the clock with Zebrahead, pogoed with Neck Deep and generally had a thoroughly nice time.
