Death Cab For Cutie Unveil Ghosts Of Beverly Drive Video

Death Cab for Cutie have unveiled the video for Ghosts Of Beverly Drive, taken from their eighth studio album, 'Kintsugi'.
The video, which follows the trio's triumphant three-night residency at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire last week, sees the band taking to the streets of L.A. as tour guides on one of the omnipresent celebrity ‘Star Tour’ buses. Bassist Nick Harmer had to say about the video:
"For every great thing about the city and the experience of living there, there is an offsetting negative that, for me, makes my feelings about L.A. a net zero in terms of personal connection. The culture of celebrity tours feeds into this… it leaves me feeling cold and indifferent, and we wanted to make a video that captures that feeling of detachment."
Death Cab will play Glastonbury festival for the first time next weekend, before returning in November for a short tour including a night at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.
