The National Share Five New Cuts From Grateful Dead Tribute Album Featuring Unknown Mortal Orchestra

Aaron and Bryce Dessner of the National have shared five new cuts from their Grateful Dead tribute album, 'Day Of The Dead', which is due out on May 20 through 4AD.

The record, which was curated by the Dessner brothers over several years, will include 59 tracks and feature appearances from Mumford and Sons, Courtney Barnett, Wilco, the War On Drugs, Kurt Vile, Flaming Lips, Jenny Lewis, Fucked Up, Sharon Van Etten, Perfume Genius, This Is The Kit and the Walkmen, among many others.

The band have announced that all profits will help fight for AIDS/HIV and related health issues around the world through The Red Hot Organization. Head here for more information.
