The trio, who last month confirmed that their October tour will be their last, have chosen the title track of their last album, 'This Is Your Life', which came out in June, as their farewell visual.
The band will kick off their final tour this Sunday in Brighton, following which they will head to Bristol, London, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin and Liverpool between October 17 and 31. Tickets are on sale now.
When announcing their split Augustines also confirmed that a film about the band, titled RISE: The Story of Augustines and directed by Todd Howe, will be released in 2017. Footage from the film features in the band's new video, which you can check out below.
