Niall Horan, The Breeders, Craig David Among New Acts Annouced For BBC Music's The Biggest Weekend

27 new acts have been added to BBC Music's The Biggest Weekend.

Craig David, Jess Glynne, Years & Years and Wolf Alice will join Ed Sheeran at Swansea's Singleton Park on May 26, while on the following day at the venue Taylor Swift will be preceded by sets from Niall Horan, J Hus and James Bay.

The previously announced Beck, Manic Street Preachers, Courtney Barnett and Public Service Broadcasting will be joined at Titanic Slipways in Belfast on May 25 by Orbital and the Breeders, with Franz Ferdinand, First Aid Kit, Ash, Goldie, Little Dragon and Young Fathers newly announced for the venue on May 26.

At Scone Palace in Scotland on May 26 Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will follow sets from Simple Minds, the Shires, Amy MacDonald, the Beat starring Dave Wakeling and Julie Fowlis, and on May 25 Nigel Kennedy will now be joined by Evelyn Glennie, Jamie Cullum, the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra directed by Tommy Smith and Danielle De Niese.

Kennedy will also top the bill at Coventry's War Memorial Park on May 28 and will be preceded by Milos, Gogo Penguin, Eliza Carthy and the Wayward Band. The day prior the venue will play host to headliner Paloma Faith, as well as UB40 featuring Ali, Astro and Mickey, Billy Ocean, Snow Patrol and Jamie Cullum.

Tickets go on sale on February 12, at 7.45am for Swansea, 8.30am for Perth and Coventry, and 10am for Belfast.
