Paul Weller has offered up another taste of his forthcoming LP.
'True Meanings' is set to arrive through Parlophone Records on September 14 and follow up 2017's 'A Kind Revolution'. The record features musical contributions from Noel Gallagher, Rod Argent of the Zombies, Martin Carthy, Danny Thompson, Little Barrie and Lucy Rose.
Weller produced the album, with Conor O'Brien of Villagers helping out on The Soul Searchers and White Label lending a hand on the latest cut, Movin' On, which you can listen to below. The track cranks things up a notch from previous single Aspects, both in mood and musically, but similarly features strings alongside acoustic guitars.
Weller will follow up the release of the record with an exclusive pair of orchestral shows at London's Royal Festival Hall in October. He also has dates lined up in York, Birmingham and Portsmouth for late August and will appear as a special guest to Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds at The Downs Festival in Bristol on September 1.
