Lighthouse Family have shared another track from their first studio album for 18 years.
The soaring Light On twins a piano-based melody with a string section and follows the previously shared lead single My Salvation in previewing 'Blue Sky In Your Head', which is slated for release on July 5 via Polydor Records. Vocalist Tunde Baiyewu added:
"It's about somebody you love turning their back and walking away. And it expresses the spiritual principal of that presence that is always with you. This unseen thing looking after your best interests, pointing you in the right direction, lighting the path."
As part of the duo's 25-year recording history celebrations, their fourth full-length will be accompanied by 'Essentials', featuring 10 remastered versions of their classic tracks, including Lifted, High and Ocean Drive.
Baiyewu and keyboardist Paul Tucker will support the release with an autumn UK tour, including a London date at the Palladium. They've also confirmed a second round of dates for February.
