Slaughter Beach, Dog will release a new album this summer.

'Safe And Also No Fear' will arrive on August 2 through Big Scary Monsters and follow up 2017's 'Birdie'. The new record has seen the solo project of Modern Baseball's Jake Ewald grow into a band, consisting of bassist Ian Farmer (Modern Baseball), guitarist Nick Harris (All Dogs) and drummer Zack Robbins (Superheaven), who all collaborated with Ewald for the writing and recording of the album.

The first two tracks to be shared from the record are One Down and Good Ones. The former begins as a stripped back indie-punk acoustic number before incorporating the rest of the band for a rousing midsection and then finishing the way it began, while the latter has everyone involved from the outset and delivers Ewald's poignant observations with understated hooks.
