Snow Patrol have cancelled their upcoming UK and European festival slots.
Due to medical issues with guitarists and vocalists Johnny McDaid and Nathan Connolly, the indie-rock outfit will no longer play their forthcoming shows at Glastonbury, where they’ll be replaced by the Charlatans, Glasgow’s TRNSMT festival, where Lewis Capaldi will step in and their headline slot at Latitude, which will now be filled by Stereophonics.
The band's Eden Sessions slot on June 29 has also been cancelled, with refunds available from point of purchase, but they have assured fans that their acoustic tour in Asia, Australia and New Zealand in August will still go ahead.
Snow Patrol released a statement via Facebook about the cancellations. Read it below.
