Tiny Moving Parts Announce New Album 'Breathe', Share First Cut Medicine

Thursday, 27 June 2019 Written by Helen Payne

Tiny Moving Parts have announced a new album.

‘Breathe’ will arrive on September 13 through the pop-punk-come-emo band’s new home of Hopeless Records. They’ll support the follow up to 2018’s ‘Swell’ by hitting the road in the UK and Europe this autumn.

The record's first cut, Medicine, explores mortality. Lead vocalist and guitarist Dylan Mattheisen said it's about “everything around you falling apart,” but also added it’s important to think positively. “I try to focus on the happiness and guidance they’ve provided me,” he continued, “instead of the sadness of them leaving.”

Check out the video for Medicine below, which sees Mattheisen having some pretty invasive surgery to remove instruments from his stomach.
