Foals, the 1975 and Little Simz are among the nominees for this year's Mercury Prize.
Foals are in the running with 'Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part 1', the 1975 for 'A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships' and Little Simz has been put forward for 'GREY Area', with the winners set to succeed Wolf Alice. Check out the rest of the acts that made the cut below.

This year’s judging panel consists of Stormzy, Annie Mac, Clara Amfo, Jamie Cullum, Gaz Coombes, Jorja Smith, Danielle Perry, Jeff Smith, Mike Walsh, Phil Alexander, Tshepo Mokoena, and Will Hodgkinson.
The winner will be announced at a ceremony at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London on September 19. Head here for further details.
