Machine Gun Kelly Releases New Rock Song Why Are You Here

Thursday, 19 December 2019 Written by Jon Stickler

Machine Gun Kelly has shared a new song.

Titled Why Are You Here, the catchy track finds the Ohio artist ditching hip hop beats and rapping for a more rock influenced sound. It follows his announcement of a pop-punk album to be released in 2020 and a tweet back in June that read: "Ten years later, people still don’t understand this one simple fact: you can’t box me into one genre.”

MGK released his fourth studio album, 'Hotel Diablo', in July. He also portrayed Tommy Lee in this year's Mötley Crüe movie The Dirt.
