Kendal Calling will not return to the Lake District this summer.
For its 15th instalment the four-day festival was due to again take over Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District between July 30 and August 2. However, this year's event has been cancelled due to the coronavirus. It will return next summer. Head below for a statement from organisers.
The event boasts an electic musical bill, as well as an impressive line up of arts, comedy, food and drink. Formed in 2006, it has grown from a 900 capacity event to attracting crowds of over 13,000.

Where? Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District, Cumbria.
When? July 30 - August 2 - CANCELLED.
Who? Stereophonics (pictured), Foals, Supergrass, and Primal Scream were due to headline 2020. Also set to appear were Blossoms, Craig David Presents TS5, the Kooks, Dizzee Rascal, Johnny Marr, You Me At Six, DMAs, Sundara Karma, Pale Waves, the Magic Gang, Scouting For Girls, 808 State, the Zutons, Easy Life, and Sister Sledge, among many, many others.
Tickets? Tickets for 2020 will automatically be transferred to 2021. Refer to the video above for further details.
