All Time Low Confirm Details Of New Album 'Wake Up, Sunshine' And Last Minute UK Shows

Monday, 17 February 2020 Written by Laura Johnson

All Time Low have announced their new album.

The follow-up to 2017's 'Last Young Renegade' is called 'Wake Up, Sunshine' and will be released on April 3 through Fueled By Ramen. They penned and recorded the 15 songs with co-writer, producer and collaborator Zakk Cervini.

The record will include the band's previously shared single Some Kind Of Disaster, which came out in January. They will premiere a new track, Sleeping In, at 2pm GMT on February 20 via Scott Mills’ BBC Radio 1 show.

Vocalist and guitarist Alex Gaskarth said:

“We got back to how we started. It had been a long time since the four of us made a record under one roof. That became a central theme. We’ve been a band for 17 years. Everybody brought something to the table. A lot of what you’re hearing came from those magic moments together.”

Lead guitarist and backing vocalist Jack Barakat said:

“I think we accomplished something special. By putting our four heads together, we were able to make a classic All Time Low album.”

The band have accompanied the news of the album with the announcement of two intimate UK shows. They'll play the Garage in London on February 21 and Leeds’ Brudenell Social Club on February 24. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on February 20 for London and 9am on February 21 for Leeds.
