Bruce Springsteen has released his London Calling: Live In Hyde Park concert in full.
In a bid to help fans "practice social distancing" during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Boss has made the entire show available on YouTube and Apple Music. Springsteen's management revealed the news in a post on social media:
"Practice social distancing and stream 'London Calling: Live In Hyde Park' from the comfort of your own home, now on YouTube and Apple Music in its entirety for the first time! Bruce and The E Street Band’s 2009 concert from the Hard Rock Calling festival in London is a powerhouse that opens with a cover of The Clash's iconic single that gave the set its name and continues with non-stop fan favorites including Dancing In The Dark, Born To Run, Badlands and The Rising."
The legendary gig was part of the 2009 Hard Rock Calling festival and a DVD of the performance was released the following year.
Springsteen recently reissued five albums on vinyl for the first time since their initial release. The collection includes 1999's '18 Tracks', 2001's 'Live In New York City, 2002's 'The Rising', 2005's 'Devils & Dust' and 2007's 'Live In Dublin'.
His latest album of new material, 'Western Stars', arrived in summer 2019, followed by a concert film of the same name last October.
