Everything Everything have posted a video for their latest single, Arch Enemy.
The bizarre, surrealist clip is truly the stuff of nightmares. Directed by frontman Jonathan Higgs, the animated video imagines the terror of a city that has been taken over by a monstrous, frantically swelling fatberg. Watch it below.
He said:
“I made this video together with an old school friend, with whom I used to draw the most insane and grotesque things. We let our imagination run wild to bring the fatberg to life and create a world of friendly horror.”
The commanding electro-pop track will feature on Everything Everything’s upcoming fifth album, ‘Re-Animator’, which is set to drop on August 21 via Infinity Industries, following 2017’s art-rock drenched ‘A Fever Dream’.
