'Mick Fleetwood And Friends Celebrate The Music Of Peter Green' To Get Cinema And Physical Release

A one-off celebration of the late Peter Green and the early music of Fleetwood Mac will be screened at cinemas across the UK in spring 2021.
The special concert captured at the London Palladium in February 2020 will hit the big screen on March 23 and 28, distributed by Cinema Live.
A physical release on various formats will follow on April 30 through BMG, with a deluxe edition comprising a 44-page hardbound book, event photos, quotes from each artist, behind the scenes pictures and a Blu-Ray of the concert also available. Head here for further details and pre-orders.
The performance boasts a star-studded cast of participants alongside the house band of Mick Fleetwood with Dave Bronze, Jonny Lang, Andy Fairweather Low, Ricky Peterson and Rick Vito.
Among the guest collaborators on the night were Neil Finn of Crowded House, Noel Gallagher, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, Kirk Hammett of Metallica, John Mayall, Christine McVie, Zak Starkey, Pete Townshend of the Who, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and Bill Wyman.
"The concert was a celebration of those early blues days where we all began, and it’s important to recognize the profound impact Peter and the early Fleetwood Mac had on the world of music", Fleetwood said. "Peter was my greatest mentor and it gave me such joy to pay tribute to his incredible talent. I was honoured to be sharing the stage with some of the many artists Peter has inspired over the years and who share my great respect for this remarkable musician. 'Then Play On'..."
