Eminem has dropped an animated video for his song Tone Deaf after a TikTok campaign tried to "cancel" him.
The clip arrives after users of the video sharing social networking platform started calling for the Detroit hip hop icon to be cancelled over a violent lyric in his 2010 Rihanna collaboration, Love the Way You Lie, which critics say makes light of domestic violence.
Co-produced by Eminem with Luis Resto, Tone Deaf rolls out over a bouncy bassline while the 48-year-old spits his controversial bars. It appears on 'Music To Be Murdered By – Side B', an expanded edition of the rapper's 2020 album, and features the lyric: "I won’t stop even when my hair turns grey (I’m tone-deaf), 'cause they won’t stop until they cancel me."
