Christina Aguilera Returns With New Song Pa Mis Muchachas Feat. Becky G, Nicki Nicole & Nathy Peluso

Friday, 22 October 2021 Written by Jon Stickler

Christina Aguilera has returned with a new Spanish-language single.

The empowering collaboration with Becky G, Nathy Peluso and Nicki Nicole is called Pa Mis Muchachas—which translates to For My Girls—and finds the Grammy Award-winner singing in Spanish for the first time in nearly a decade.

Fusing acoustic guitar and a dancey beat, the track was teased earlier this week on social media and arrives with a video directed by Alexandre Moore. Commenting on it, Aguilera said:

"Pa Mis Muchachas embodies the spirit of being a strong woman and empowering other strong women; the track is paying tribute to the generations before us who made us who we are, and to the present-day women around us who are inspiring future generations. This is also a song about owning who you are and accepting others free of judgment."

The song marks the first taste of the 40-year-old's first Spanish-language album since 2000's 'Mi Reflejo', though no further details have been confirmed.
