Pixies To Headline Sounds Of The City At Manchester's Castlefield Bowl In July

Pixies have been confirmed as headliners for next year's Sounds Of The City.
The renowned alt-rock band will top the bill at Castlefield Bowl in Manchester on July 5, with support coming from The Slow Readers Club and Klangstof. Tickets go on general sale at 9.30am on November 19.
The Sounds Of The City series will also see headline sets from Foals, Lewis Capaldi, Primal Scream and Sam Fender next summer. Tickets for these dates are already on sale.
Pixies, meanwhile, are gearing up to release the 'Live In Brixton' box set on January 28. Head here for further details.
The quartet will also play rescheduled headline slots at Newcastle's Live From Times Square, Bingley Weekender, Galway Big Top and Iveagh Gardens, Dublin next summer. Later that year, they'll return to headline End Of The Road festival in September.
