They'll return to the UK to play the Camden Roundhouse on July 9, with tickets on general sale at 10am on March 4.
The Australian band have also confirmed European and North American dates for what they're calling The Final Tour, though they "remain very open to recording new music together in the future."
They released their 13th studio album, 'Resist', earlier in February via Sony.
