Liam Gallagher has announced a new live album.
'Down By The River Thames' will arrive through Warner Records on May 27, the same day the singer will release his new studio record 'C'Mon You Know'. The two albums are available as a vinyl bundle here.
The new release comprises 16 songs recorded during his 2020 livestream event, which he performed on a barge travelling down the River Thames. Among the tracklist are Oasis classics and deep cuts, along with Gallagher's own solo material. He said:
"So here it is, the gig they said we could never pull off! As we were in lockdown, bored and depressed, rock ‘n’ roll came to save the day once again. It was a top night and a top gig and it’s captured here on record for you to all enjoy."
Gallagher, who recently dropped the single Everything's Electric, has a busy summer ahead, with previously confirmed solo shows at Knebworth Park on June 3 and 4, as well as concerts at Manchester's Etihad Stadium, Glasgow's Hampden Park, Belfast's Ormeau Park, and Dublin's Royal Hospital Kilmainham. He also plays a Teenage Cancer Trust gig at London's Royal Albert Hall on March 26.
