The 74,500 capacity show on September 3 will mark the wrestling juggernaut’s first UK stadium show since SummerSlam in 1992, which saw the British Bulldog battle Bret ’The Hitman’ Hart in a legendary match in front of a massive crowd at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The card is to be confirmed, though the official poster provides a hint of which stars will be heading to the Welsh capital. Scottish star Drew McIntyre also appeared at a recent WWE live event in London to announce the event. Current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns also features prominently. McIntyre said:
"The city of Cardiff is ready for WWE Clash at the Castle on September 3, and I know that everyone in Wales, across the UK and around the entire world is ready to make history with us, too. Get your tickets and be part of the magic. I can’t wait to hear just how loud Principality Stadium can get."
WWE Clash at the Castle Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
