Lift Off marks the musician and producer's first material under his own steam since his 2019 LP, 'Imagination & The Misfit Kid'. Labrinth also produced the atmospheric track, which pulses and soars around the singer's anthemic vocals.
It follows the 33-year-old's work as composer of the Euphoria soundtrack. Introducing the single in a post on Instagram, he wrote:
"Releasing music is so fun I should do this more often. Thank you to everyone rooting me on my mission, I do this for fun but sometimes I take it too seriously.
"Please enjoy #LiftOff can’t wait to go f**king ape on a stage with this."
