††† (aka Crosses), the side-project of Deftones frontman Chino Moreno, have announced their first EP in nearly a decade.
'Permanent.Radiant' will arrive on December 9 via Warner Records and comprises six songs. As a preview, the duo have shared the track Vivien, which deals in gothy, synth-based electronic textures, with moments reminiscent of Deftones' more melodic work.
Head below to view the surreal accompanying video directed by Lorenzo Diego Carrera and †††'s Shaun Lopez. There's also the EP's cover art and tracklist.
Moreno and Lopez put out their self-titled debut in 2014, before returning in December 2021 with a cover of Q Lazzarus' Goodbye Horses. Back in April, they dropped the singles Initiation and Protection, though neither feature on the EP.
Deftones, meanwhile, will present their mini-festival, Dia De Los Deftones, at San Diego's Petco Park on November 5.
'Permanent.Radiant' tracklist:
1. Sensation
2. Vivien
3. Cadavre Exquis
4. Day One
5. Holier
6. Procession
