Lionel Richie Adds Second Nocturne Live Date To Summer UK Tour Plans

Lionel Richie has added an extra show to his 2023 tour plans.
The legendary singer-songwriter will now play two dates as part of Nocturne Live at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, with the second performance falling on June 15, the day after his previously confirmed appearance at the event. Special guests for both of his appearances are yet to be revealed.
So far, Richie is the only headliner confirmed for the 2023 edition of the series, which has previously hosted Gladys Knight, Sister Sledge, Gabrielle, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Laura Mvula, Mahalia, Tears For Fears, White Lies, Simply Red, David Gray, Simple Minds, UB40, Kylie Minogue, and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
Earlier this week, the 73-year-old confirmed summer dates at Belfast's Ormeau Park on June 3 as part of the Belsonic series, as well as gigs at St Anne's Park in Dublin, Cornwall's Eden Project, Somerset County Cricket Club, Hampshire's Broadlands Estate and Chepstow Racecourse.
Tickets go on general sale on November 4 at 9am for Oxford and Chepstow, then 10am for the rest of the dates. Tickets for the Eden Project show as part of the Eden Sessions series go on sale at 12pm on November 7.
