Phoebe Bridgers has released her annual festive charity single.
This year sees the singer-songwriter covering The Handsome Family's 2000 song So Much Wine. Proceeds from the release will be donated to the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
Produced by Bridgers and longtime collaborators Tony Berg and Ethan Gruska, the acoustic track features Marshall Vore, Harrison Whitford, Sebastian Steinberg, and Paul Mescal, as well as vocals, fiddle and whistling by Andrew Bird.
Her 2021 Christmas benefit single was a cover of Tom Waits' Day After Tomorrow. Previous years have seen her release renditions of Merle Haggard's If We Make It Through, 7 O'Clock News/Silent Night with Fiona Apple and Matt Berninger, and Christmas Song with Jackson Browne.
Bridgers has headline shows and festival appearances lined up in Mexico, New Zealand, and Australia early next year. Next spring, she'll support Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour, including New York City shows in late May at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Phoebe Bridgers Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Mon February 06 2023 - SYDNEY Hordern Pavilion
Wed February 08 2023 - MELBOURNE Margaret Court Arena
