Alice Low has announced her debut EP.

'Transatlantic Sugar' will arrive through Clwb Music on April 21, and feature the previously shared Cry-Baby and Show Business, along with the new Bowie-esque, psych-pop track Fruitcake. Low explained:

"I grew up in a real homophobic town, and that abuse penetrated me. My spine permanently curved from the pressure. Every time I inched closer to pleasure, the violence came back, and I became my own bully. Fruit Cake is the rejection of prejudice, and the bliss of vulnerable sex."

Low will support H Hawkline at shows in Cardiff and London later in March, before a London date with Aldous Harding in April. She also appears at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton in May.

'Transatlantic Sugar' EP tracklist:

1. Cry Baby
2. Show Business
3. The Master
4. Never Girls
5. Fruitcake
6. Transatlantic Sugar
