Alison Goldfrapp Announces Debut Solo Album 'The Love Invention'

Alison Goldfrapp has announced her debut solo album.
The vocalist of the electronic duo Goldfrapp will release 'The Love Invention' on May 12. It'll include the previously shared single Digging Deeper Now, her collaboration with German producers Claptone, Fever with Paul Woolford, and the newly unveiled house and disco-inspired So Hard So Hot, her first completely solo single. She said:
"I wanted to do something that had that very clubby, acid-y feeling to it. But I wanted lightness to come out of the chorus – there’s tension there, as well as euphoric freedom."
