The Smashing Pumpkins Plot 2023 North American Tour, Share New Track Spellbinding

The Smashing Pumpkins have announced the North American leg of The World Is A Vampire Tour.
The legendary alternative-rock band will be joined by a handful of special guests for the 26-date run, including Interpol, Stone Temple Pilots, and Rival Sons, as well as wrestlers from frontman Billy Corgan's National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), who are set to compete at a handful of shows.
The trek will kick off in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 28, and run throughout August across North America, wrapping up in Noblesville, Indiana on September 9. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on March 31. Corgan commented:
"I grew up in a world where I needed to know bands like Siouxsie and the Banshees and the Cure existed, it meant there was a place for people like me to hang out and belong. That's what the World Is A Vampire is about. Bringing back that sense of community. If you don't fit in, you belong here. It's about having a shared experience and respecting others, but ultimately having fun. A true alternative festival, where all the self-proclaimed weirdos and outsiders of the world can get together and have a party."
The group will hit the road shortly after the release of the third and final act of their rock opera album, 'ATUM', which is due out in full on May 5. In January, they shared Act Two of the project, which followed Act One in November 2022. Head below to check out their uplifting, synthy new single, Spellbinding. The Smashing Pumpkins will take the tour to Australia in April with special guest Jane’s Addiction.
