Mura Masa has released a new single, Whenever I Want.
The five-minute dance tracks deals in dynamic beats and looped lyrics — "I'm allowed to fuck up whenever I want" — atop an eclectic yet erratic electronic soundscape.
It's the first new material to emerge from Mura Masa under his own name since his last LP, 2022's 'Demon Time', though he did produce PinkPantheress and Ice Spice’s recent hit Boy’s a liar Pt. 2.
The new song arrives ahead of Mura Masa's performance at Coachella later this month, in between which he'll play headline shows in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Prior to that, he's lined up a set at Amsterdam festival DGTL on April 7.
Mura Masa Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Wed April 19 2023 - LOS ANGELES California - El Rey Theatre (USA)
Thu April 20 2023 - SAN FRANCISCO California - 1015 Folsom (USA)
