The St. Albans band have lined up stops at Leeds’ First Direct Arena, Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena, the O2 Academy Edinburgh, O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, Cardiff International Arena and the OVO Arena Wembley, London during February. Support will come from Fever 333 and Noahfinnce.
£1 from every ticket sale is being donated to the Music Venue Trust in support of grassroots venues in each city the band will call in. Lead singer and producer Rou Reynolds said:
"Grassroots music venues in the UK are under existential threat. Every time we lose another one we lose a vital part of our culture. Bigger venues that benefit from the productive pipeline that grassroots venues provide need to support these smaller venues, as do the artists that have come up through them. Enter Shikari stands with Music Venue Trust in their efforts to bring more solidity and community to our brilliant UK live music scene."
Last week, the quartet celebrated their new album, ‘A Kiss For The Whole World’, debuting at number one on the UK’s Official Albums Chart. Head here to check our interview with the band about the record.
Enter Shikari, who’ll play US gigs tonight (May 5) and May 10, also appear at Slam Dunk Festival later in May and a number of European festivals this summer. They will then return to the US in September for appearances at Louder Than Life festival and Furnace Fest.
