Veruca Salt's Louise Post has shared a new song, What About.
Opening with a soft acoustic guitar melody, the track swells into a more atmospheric rock affair and arrives ahead of the release of her debut solo album, 'Sleepwalker', due out on June 2. In April, she shared the first single from the record, Guilty.
"What About addresses loss," Post explained in a statement. "And navigating the world without someone you thought you would spend an eternity with. Trying to find your footing after the disappearance of someone you love. All of the questions that remain. All of the wonder, grief, speculation, and anger. Mostly, the regret of things left unsaid and things left undone."
Post will embark on a solo North American tour this summer, kicking off in Vancouver on June 12.
