Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock has released her debut solo single.
Don't Say Love is a multi-faceted, beat-led pop track that showcases her dynamic vocals. Head below to check out its video. Introducing it in the trailer, the vocalist said she wanted it to, "symbolise this rebirth, and this cleanse and the feeling of, 'you know what? I'm letting this go'. I'm letting that pain go."
In a statement accompanying the release, she added:
"“Don’t Say Love” is about no longer seeking external validation and regaining my confidence and sense of self in a world where I often felt misunderstood and unheard. This video is a visual representation of me finding my voice. I’m excited to continue to do so with my first love, music.”
Back in 2022, Little Mix — completed by Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards — announced that following their Confetti Tour they would be going on an indefinite hiatus, which is still ongoing.
Little Mix formed in 2011 and released six albums with previous member Jesy Nelson, the latest being 2020's 'Confetti'. Nelson left that same year.
