'The High Life' will arrive on July 21 via Infectious/BMG, following up the British band's dates supporting Paramore on their 2023 world tour.
They recently dropped the four-song project's title track, as well as their first collaborative single, Keep It Rolling with KennyHoopla. Frontman Kele Okereke said:
"When we were invited on the Paramore tour, we really wanted to get together and capture where the band was at and share that music.
"We got in the studio with our friend Charlie Andrew and this EP was the result – we’re very proud of these four tracks and they hopefully offer a little bridge between 'Alpha Games' and what’s next for the band. To me, it's the sound of coming out of the wilderness and re-embracing life."
Bloc Party will play select UK festivals in July, including Tramlines, Leopallooza and Standon Calling. Their latest album is 2022's 'Alpha Games', while Okereke released his new solo LP, 'The Flames pt. 2', in March of this year.
Bloc Party Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows
Fri July 21 2023 - SHEFFIELD Hillsborough Park
Sun July 23 2023 - HATFIELD Standon Lordship
