Haircut One Hundred have announced their first UK and Ireland tour for 40 years.
The British pop group will play shows in Dublin, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Manchester, Leicester, Birmingham, Reading, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Cambridge, Bath, Bexhill-on-Sea, Ipswich, Liverpool and York between October 10 and November 17. Tickets go on general sale at 10am this Friday (June 30).
The band formed back in 1980 and released two studio albums; 1982's 'Pelican West' and 1984's 'Paint and Paint'. The current line-up features founding members Nick Heyward, Les Nemes and Graham Jones alongside drummer Blair Cunningham.
One-off reunion gigs in the early 2000s and earlier this year aside, these shows mark the band's first proper UK tour in over 40 years.
